Policy Publishing & Content Specialist - UX/UI Focus- 9 Month Contract

About The Role:

As a Policy Publishing & Content specialist, you will play a key part in enhancing the usability and accessibility of the organisations critical policy documents.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Policy Presentation: Recommend and implement improvements to the presentation and formatting of policy documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user-friendliness.
  • Develop and Maintain Policy Publishing Standards: Establish and maintain consistent publishing standards and templates to ensure a professional and consistent look and feel across all policy documents.
  • Optimize Policy Navigation: Improve the navigation and interconnectivity within the policy library, making it easier for users to find and access the information they need.
  • Implement Publishing Solutions: Execute the publishing of new and updated policy content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with policy teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that published policies are accurate, complete, and meet user needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in publishing and content management.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Oracle Knowledge Advance (OKA) is highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Information Management) preferred.
