About the role
As a key technology leader, you'll drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of core platforms, including EMR, PMS, Diagnostics, Billing, and Corporate systems. You'll lead a talented team, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure seamless operations across our global business units.

What's Required
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading application transformation programs. Ability to manage vendors to meet set strategic goals, introduce best in class engineering practices. In addition this person will have:
- Proven experience deploying and supporting EMR and PMS applications in health care.
- Demonstrated achievement developing constructive relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflict, managing sensitivities, and providing incisive professional advice that is relied upon in wider organisation decision-making.
- Proven track record of uplifting a technology practice, ideally
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams through complex environments and foster a high-performing culture.
- Knowledge of planning and managing processes, tools, and methods for monitoring and managing system and service performance.
- Proactive approach to exploring new technologies, languages, and SaaS platforms.
- Advanced technical planning skills, including defining short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead cross-portfolio teams and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Financial management knowledge to monitor and manage technology services expenditure.
- Experience managing vendors and managing concurrent projects across multiple geographies.
