We are looking for a very experienced Senior Business analyst, coming with several years of Clinical Business Analysis experience. You will be able to confidently lead workshops with a group of clinicians. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document digital requirements
  • Produce clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Analyse processes and systems to identify digital innovation opportunities
  • Develop high-level implementation plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, including technology vendors and government bodies to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to align objectives, resolve issues, and validate requirements.
Experience Required
  • 5 + years experience in working as a Clinical BA across digital clinical initiatives
  • You must come with strong Health domain experience
  • Excellent stakeholder experience, particularly with clinicians
  • Experience in the development and presentation of workshops with clinicians.
