This organisation is a well-established and thriving organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the heart of Australian Insurance Sector. We are currently seeking a IT Service Specialist to help lead the day to day running of IT.

Skills & Experience required
- 3-5 Years’ experience in IT Service Desk Role
- Vendor and User Management Experiance
- Support for all equipment including desk phones, headsets, trading turrets, corporate mobiles, phone recordings and VC systems
- Experiance with IT Procurement including preparing purchases of equipment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
