About the role
A Technology Business Analyst is required to serve as  liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring that technology solutions align with organisational goals and user needs. This role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The

What's Required
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
In addition they will have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong process and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience using project planning and execution tools including Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence and Miro.
  • Demonstrated MS Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint). 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to hit the ground running or 'learn on the fly'
  • Prior experience working on digital transformation programs (beneficial)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (highly desirable)
