Senior Project Manager - Insurance
Location: Sydney
Start Date: April
Employment Type: 12-month contract

EthosBC, in partnership with our key client, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in insurance. The successful candidate will lead business work streams and will be responsible for project planning, implementation, budgeting and project governance.
You will develop professionally and have exciting hands on delivery experience to address business focused customer programs, in addition to technology and system uplift initiatives against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
 
Experience required for this role include:
10+ years as a E2E Senior Project Manager, ideally with a minimum of 3+ years deliverying insurance projects
Exposure to technology, business, system pricing and transformation programs
Demonstrated ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong understanding of program and business strategic direction, with the ability to apply these to process design.
Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to process and analyze complex information and data.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, large corporate environment.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing resources and demands.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence.
Due to the nature of the project, insurance experience is respectfully required for this role.
