Senior Project Manager - HR CRM

EthosBC, in partnership with our key client, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in the insurance sector to lead the successful implementation of a new HR system (ATS/CRM platform).
This role is business-focused, requiring strong leadership in HR process transformation, talent acquisition strategy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will drive the alignment of recruitment processes with new HR systems, ensuring seamless adoption and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business implementation of a new HR system (ATS/CRM), ensuring it aligns with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Partner with HR, talent acquisition, and senior business leaders to drive process improvements and system adoption.
  • Ensure that best practices in recruitment and workforce planning are embedded in the new system.
  • Mitigate risks, manage expectations, and lead change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years of end-to-end Senior Project Management experience, with a strong background in HR, recruitment, ATS, and CRM-related implementations.
  • Experience in HR transformation, recruitment process optimization, and change management.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment desirable, ensuring a deep understanding of talent acquisition workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional business teams and implement large-scale operational changes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage effectively with HR leaders, executives, and business units.
  • Ability to translate business needs into project deliverables, ensuring that technology serves HR goals rather than driving the project.
  • Skilled in budgeting, timeline management, and risk mitigation within a business context.
Due to the nature of this project, prior experience in the insurance sector is mandatory. Candidates with expertise in HR transformation within financial services will be highly regarded.
