I'm working with a leading insurance brokerage that’s redefining the industry, challenging outdated norms, and prioritising innovation, client experience, and company culture. They are looking for a Head of Corporate to lead, develop, and drive the strategic growth of their Corporate Broking team. This is a key leadership role that will shape the future of the Corporate division, overseeing a team of four Account Managers and four Account Executives while working closely with the Head of Broking. This role is based in Perth, where the majority of their corporate brokers and key clients are located.

The Role
This role is perfect for a senior insurance broking leader who thrives on mentoring teams, driving business growth, and improving client service delivery. The Corporate team’s portfolio ranges from $10K–$100K in income, covering a diverse range of industries. Anything under that goes to the Commercial team, and anything over $100K sits with the Enterprise team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
Drive strategic growth of the Corporate division at a national level
Build and strengthen insurer relationships to benefit the team
Provide technical guidance and support to brokers managing complex accounts
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and sales pipelines
Ensure exceptional client service and experience
