About the Role:
As a Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and prospective members. This role is all about delivering first-class service, identifying opportunities to provide tailored product recommendations and contributing to a high-performing contact centre environment.

You’ll need to be available for a full-time, in-office training period of three months, based in Parramatta. Hybrid working arrangements are available once training is successfully completed.

You will:
  • Handle inbound enquiries and requests regarding membership, claims and services
  • Provide clear and friendly support without the jargon
  • Build rapport with members and ensure their experience is positive and professional
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant health and life products
  • Make occasional outbound calls for campaign and retention purposes
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with quality and compliance standards
What You'll Bring:
  • A strong focus on customer experience and a passion for helping others (no prior experience in a call centre necessary, however advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to change
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

Location: Based in vibrant Parramatta with hybrid flexibility offered after compeltion of training period

Roster: Monday - Friday and every second Saturday. Shifts start at 7:45am, 8:15am, 10:00am, or 12:00pm, with every second Saturday required from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Shifts are rostered weekly. If working outside core business hours, 18% loading applies.
