Demand Increases for Technical Business Analysts with Insurance Experience

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst for a 12-month contract starting in January/February. This role offers a hybrid working approach, with 2 days in the Sydney office.

Role Overview: This exciting position will allow you to develop professionally by addressing technology-focused programs and system uplift initiatives in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

Key Candidate Attributes:

Deliverables: Business requirements, functional/technical requirements, user stories, process diagrams
Techniques: Facilitation, elicitation, brainstorming, walkthroughs, prioritization, modeling
Analysis: 7+ years of experience, large-scale projects, multiple stakeholders, and systems impacted
Methodology: Agile, Scrum, strong SDLC
Insurance Experience: 1+ years
Desired Attitude: Self-sufficient, proactive, logical, sequential, unbiased, factual, practical, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
