Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strategic connections with Marketing Division innovators.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes, providing agile advice on impacts.
  • Collaborate with creators to identify and solve legal risks in marketing campaigns.
  • Seamlessly integrate legal compliance into the creative process.
  • Drive groundbreaking marketing strategies within legal constraints.
  • Conduct precise reviews of marketing collateral, ensuring legal compliance and a cutting-edge impact.
  • Develop compliance training for marketing teams, propelling their understanding into the future.
  • Project manage legal aspects of Marketing Division ventures.
  • Contribute to building a collaborative and effective LCS team.
  • Provide regular insights on legal frontiers affecting the Marketing Division
Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent.
  • Over 7 years of legal practice, with expertise in consumer law, privacy/data, and intellectual property.
  • Knowledge of market best practices, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities autonomously.
  • Strong legal skills, advanced stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.
