A high-profile enterprise organisation based in Sydney CBD is undertaking numerous projects to develop scalable and reliable services, as well as improving new and existing services to their customers, and thus we're looking to engage an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Consultant to design, develop and implement tailored solutions to enhance their end user experience.

You will join a team that are undertaking a new project aimed at developing a new customer portal, requiring experience and skills in implementing business processes using D365 Customer Service (Case Management) and designing and implementing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Pages, Power BI) and integrating them with D365 CE, as well as other legacy applications

The team are extremely proud of their culture and the way they work together, so a collaborative, supportive and consultative mind-set is required as well as the drive to put the customer first.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for a strong blend of the following skills / experience:
  • 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience in developing, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Online, with a focus on Case Management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience in C#.NET, JavaScript, Portal Liquid, and .NET Plugin for custom development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
