Role Title : HCM Functional Lead
Location : Paramatta and Redfern NSW (Flexible with 2-3 days in office per week)
Contract : 12 months (high likelihood of extensions)
MUST HAVE : HCM, SAP SuccessFactors , Business Technology Platform (BTP) solution
Overview
- The Human Capital Management (HCM) Program is a multi-year technology-enabled transformation program looking to simply, streamline and transform key people management services across the department.
- Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, the Functional Lead is responsible for leading the functional SAP SuccessFactors HCM solution design, working closely with business stakeholders and service owners, implementation partner(s) and the other streams of the program to drive the successful implementation of the end-to-end solution, aligned to the service design, transformation and enhanced user experience.
Primary Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Lead role working in large transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of business analysts and architects to deliver a high impact and high quality engagement with business stakeholders
- Strong HR functional skills (particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Payroll)
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful program/projects preferably in NSW Government context
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules and SAP ECC.
