IMMEDIATE - SAP HCM Delivery Manager - AUD 1,150 + super (per day) - Government Project
Role title   :   HCM Delivery Manager (Release 2)
Pay Rate   :   $1,050.00 - $1,150.00 per day plus super
Contract   :   12 months (high likelihood of extensions)
Location   :   Paramatta and Redfern NSW (flexible with 2-3 days in office per week)

MUST HAVE : HCM technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)

Primary Skills :

  • Experience in leading the delivery of HCM technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
    • Experience managing the detail in complex programs of work across all disciplines to achieve business outcomes
    • End to end delivery experience from requirement gathering through to hypercare support and service transition
    • Leading cross-functional delivery teams in a matrix program team structure
  • Building high performing, cohesive and collaborative teams (including business design, technical implementation, data migration, testing and change workstreams)
    • Managing vendor relationships to ensure vendor and program team resources work collaboratively
    • Experience working in a large, complex organisations, preferably with some Public Sector experience.
    • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certifications preferred.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without the pre-established frameworks in place and focussing on delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose approaches.
