We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant to guide clients through tailored solutions in Managed Services, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Cloud technologies. This role plays a vital part in designing, presenting, and proposing innovative solutions that align with customers' strategic goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to empower businesses by delivering transformative solutions, operational excellence, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and objectives, leveraging expertise in Managed Services, M365, and Cloud to recommend effective solutions.
  • Develop and deliver tailored technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Partner with the sales team to support pipeline development, customer meetings, and proposal responses, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Design high-level architecture and solution frameworks, focusing on Managed Services, M365, and Cloud technologies, to meet client requirements.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during the sales cycle, addressing customer queries and concerns regarding solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless handover of projects from pre-sales to implementation, maintaining alignment with project goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and service offerings, ensuring proactive recommendations and thought leadership.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI processes, creating compelling and competitive proposals.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar role, with expertise in Managed Services, M365, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and Managed Services solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience designing and delivering solutions leveraging M365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, hybrid environments, and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and customer teams to drive successful outcomes.
