We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analyst with a background in technology projects and financial services.
Job Summary: As the Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for project resources and P&L measuring, tracking compliance KPIs and metrics. This role involves day to day portfolio reviews acrossseveral pillars of technology projects, and maintaining demand vs. supply and workforce data. Salary: $140,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities: Measure, track, and improve engineering, operational, financial, and compliance KPIs and metrics. Maintain demand vs. supply and workforce data. Manage resourcing and vendor processes, including interviewing and onboarding. Ensure accurate reporting of all KPIs and metrics through dashboards. Complete cost reset actions.
Requirements: Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in fintech or financial services industry. Exposure to corporate finance, P&L management, and FP&A Advanced skills in JIRA and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI and metric tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-initiated, creative, and innovative in solving non-delivery problems. Ability to work collaboratively with executive and leadership teams. Proficiency in using dashboard tools Extensive communication skills with senior management and managing senior stakeholders. Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies is required. Contractor onboarding
