Internal Account Manager Location: Bondi, Sydney Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: Circa $95,000 (dependent on experience) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager with 2+ years of experience to support a Senior Account Manager in handling mid-market, corporate accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a background working as either an assistant or junior account broker who is ready to contribute to the success of a growing portfolio, which is part of a large brokerage group operating nationally. Based in Bondi, you will work closely alongside a Senior Account Manager to deliver high-quality service to a range of clients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide internal support to a Senior Account Managers in managing corporate accounts within the mid-market space.
Assist in day-to-day management of a large book of business, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Handle inquiries, process documentation and ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Prepare reports, renewals, and presentations for senior brokers and clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial lines products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage, preferably with exposure to mid-market or corporate accounts.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial lines products and client management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and support senior brokers in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with high-value corporate clients.
Proficiency in insurance systems and software.
RG146 qualification.
