The Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Insurance Consultant to join our client’s growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, helping to deliver exceptional service while also driving sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with inquiries and provide product information.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, process transactions, and provide follow-up support where required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to offer customers the best solutions.

About You
  • Proven experience in a sales and service role within insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
