About the Role:
We’ve partnered exclusively with one of Australia’s leading non-profit organisations to recruit a Dynamics 365 CE Developer for their growing Sydney-based team. This is a permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real difference in society.

As part of a high-performing development team, you’ll design, develop, and maintain the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including Power Platform integrations. Your work will directly contribute to creating intuitive, user-friendly solutions that positively impact people's lives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
  • Build custom connectors and integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external systems.
  • Develop and configure PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) for dynamic, responsive applications.
  • Automate workflows with Power Automate to enhance collaboration and streamline processes.
  • Ensure system optimisation, scalability, and security by following best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions and create architecture diagrams.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer, with a strong focus on Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate)
  • Proven ability to develop Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps, including form customisation, business rules, and app logic
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and Web API for developing custom plug-ins and workflows
  • Familiarity with Common Data Service (Dataverse) for managing data within the Power Platform
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Why You’ll Love It:
  • Flexible and hybrid work model: 2 days in the office (Sydney CBD) and 3 days from home
  • A chance to make a real-world impact with your work in a purpose-driven organisation
  • A collaborative, innovative team with less red tape and more focus on delivering results and creating a great user experience
