IMMEDIATE - Dayforce Functional Analyst - AUD 900-1000 + super (per day) - Non-profit project

Location                   :   Sydney CBD
Initial contract        :   3 months (possible extension)
Working                   :   2-3 days office + WFH ( Hybrid)

MUST HAVE :  3-4 years Dayforce / Training experience
 
Our Client is seeking Dayforce Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to support their HRIS program. A subject matter expert (SME) who can train business stakeholders on all Dayforce modules.
 
Primary Skills:

  • 3-4 years Dayforce experience in all modules
  • Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ensuring comprehensive understanding Dayforce System.
  • Lead training and workshop sessions and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
  • Expert guidance and insights to the business stakeholders
  • Experience in participating in requirements gathering workshops (planning, leading and meeting documentation)
  • Experience in delivering product training, both one-to-one and in small groups.
  • Experience in writing user requirements and specification for development.
