​I have a Degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a background in Retail Management, but like many other fellow consultants, I fell into recruitment one day and haven’t looked back since.

Passionate about building genuine relationships and lasting connections, I began my recruitment career working with talented Energy and Sustainability professionals who continue to remain at the forefront of change, driving the world towards Clean Energy and Net Zero through innovation and technical excellence. I’ve now been a specialist in this space for over 2 years and my clients range from global players and industry leaders to smaller boutique firms all focused on Energy and Renewable Engineering.

As part of my process, I enjoy taking the time to learn about exciting industry projects, understanding the niche technical experience and expertise required to lead innovation, and find that most of my success in connecting clients with the right talent comes from an appreciation of unique motivations and drivers.
