Managing Director, Australia
Claire is one of the Executive Directors of the Australian operation.
Her remit encompasses the major divisions of EBC including Technology and Project/Business Transformation as well as all of the annuity EBC business streams, both traditional contracting and the emerging Statement of Work market. She has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and the development of enterprise customer relationships. She has been instrumental in securing a number of EBC’s key long term customers.
She commenced her recruitment career in 1998 as a contract IT recruiter, moved to Sydney in early 2001 to join Morgan & Banks and after being one of the most successful contract consultants in financial services, became Practice Manager for the Financial Services Division. She joined EBC at the start of its second year, founding the Project/Business Transformation practice, which today, is one of EBC’s most successful.
