I have had over 20 year’s recruitment experience within the ICT market place of which seventeen years have been based in Sydney. I started my IT career in a IT training capacity and was asked by many of his students where they could find experienced staff which was the primary reason for embarking on an extensive recruitment career.
My initial focus was on sourcing IT contractors across a broad client base and since founding Ethos BeathChapman I have helped a number of Australia’s ASX 200 businesses find “high impact” permanent staff. I now specialise in Senior Management and IT Infrastructure skills from both a contract and permanent perspective.
Having had a strong family focus for many years I understand the changing career needs of individuals as circumstances change throughout their lives.
