Andrew Keayes

Andrew is a founder of Ethos Corporation and the Managing Director of the Australian EBC operation.

From inception, the business was designed to take the very best of both worlds he had experienced previously: the agility and flexibility of the first high quality local boutique that Andrew began his recruitment journey with and the rigour and performance standards of the second-largest executive recruitment agency of its day in Australia, Morgan and Banks, where Andrew spent over 5 years. Through considered planning and the quality of the team he has assembled, this aspiration has been realised both internally and through the eyes of the industry.

With an eye toward the high growth Asian story on the doorstep, he sought out his former colleague, Matt Beath and together they have created a high performing, South East Asian and international operation. Andrew's proudest contributions include the building of a highly capable leadership team, the well-credentialed reputation the business enjoys in the marketplace and for bringing together the Ethos and BeathChapman businesses, fulfilling the 2014 strategy for stage 1 expansion into the high growth Asian region.
