We are partnering with a high-profile enterprise organisation that are embarking on a multi-year ERP legacy transformation program, to identify an experienced Solution Architect to lead the definition and design of solutions, and play a key role in shaping the future state ERP landscape. 
Partnering with the program team and system integrator the role will see you take up the challenge of understanding the business requirements from their corporate services areas (HR and Finance) to define the technical solution architecture, including application integration solutions and data flows for the new ERP solution.
The Architecture Practice at the organisation is driven by a passion for enabling exceptional customer experiences for all staff and they work closely with people across the organisation to build a compelling technology vision, a clear pathway to get there, and shape the solutions to make it real! As a team, they value forward-thinking, collaboration, trust, and clear communication.
 
The ideal background required:
  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or in a similar role, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), modelling techniques and solution design methodologies. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, or similar are highly desirable. 
  • A strong track record and pedigree across all domains of solution architecture (spanning multiple systems): business, information, application and technology architecture. You have a proven ability, and you are a seasoned operator. 
  • Multiple examples where you have delivered architectural assessments, designs and/or assurance across ERP programs/projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills and experiences –
  • Demonstrable project or BAU experience with one or more of the following ERP platforms: Workday, Oracle (Fusion Cloud ERP), SAP (S/4Hana Cloud), Microsoft (Dynamics 365)
