EthosBC, in partnership with our key client, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration. The successful candidate will lead integration programs, including project planning, implementation, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration program and cross-functional team.
  • Oversee high-level planning and delivery of M&A integration.
  • Ensure effective planning and governance of integration projects.
  • Manage project implementation and hypercare phases.

Required Experience:

  • Financial Services experience in acquisition, divestment, separation, or transition programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong understanding of program and business strategic direction, with the ability to apply these to process design.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to process and analyze complex information and data.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, large corporate environment.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing resources and demands.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence.
