Excellent opportunity to join a leading FMCG business - my client is a leader in the market.
 
Responsibilities:-
Management and investigation of incidents of fraud, corruption, criminal or inappropriate behaviour (staff, customers, assets reputation, company integrity).
Performing detailed investigations into allegations of inappropriate or criminal behaviour / determine root cause of fraud.
Ability to research information to arrive at conclusions, develop action plan + make appropriate recommendations.  Responsibility for suppling fraud and investigation advice.
Mentoring, supporting and educating junior fraud team members.
Assisting in the Whistle Blowing Service / consulting and advising in respect of fraud awareness and fraud prevention.

The successful candidate profile:-
Tertiary qualification in investigations, law or related discipline / Police or Government recognised qualifications in investigations.
10 years’ investigation experience conducting corporate or criminal fraud investigations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to read people quickly.
Ability to manage difficult conversations and challenging interpersonal situations.
Manage multiple stakeholders + investigations concurrently.
Excellent communication skills verbally and written.
High attention to detail in understanding fraud aspects / excellent analytical skills.
