The Role: Senior Broking Assistant

In this dynamic role, you will:
  • Manage Your Own SME Portfolio: Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse range of SME clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Support Corporate Accounts: Work alongside a Senior Broker to assist in managing Corporate accounts, ensuring excellent service and risk management.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Collaborate with underwriting partners and specialist teams to design and negotiate optimal insurance solutions.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance internal processes and cost efficiencies.
  • Mentor Junior Staff: Share your expertise by providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Uphold Excellence: Ensure all documentation and procedures meet the highest standards of accuracy and industry best practices.
About You
  • Experience: Proven experience as an insurance broker, with exposure to Corporate accounts preferred.
  • Sales-Orientated: A track record in developing a robust new business pipeline and delivering both financial and operational results.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Team Player: A collaborative, proactive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Qualifications: Tier 1 or Diploma of General Insurance Required.
