IMMEDIATE - Dynamics 365 Scrum Master - AUD 800 - 1000  (per day) - Baseline Clearance (preferred) - Federal Project

Location                   :   Sydney
Initial contract        :   12 months
Working                   :   Onsite at least 2-3 days a week in Sydney office + WFH ( Hybrid)
Security clearance : Baseline (preferred)
 
MUST HAVE : Dynamics 365 upgrade / CRM implementation / Azure Devops
Overview
Scrum Master to join Federal Project

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience as Scrum Master
- Experience in Dynamics 365 upgrade / CRM implementation  and Azure Devops
- Experience in IT projects and sound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills and a highly professional approach
- Experience in CRM or financial projects is highly desirable
- Scrum Master certification
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning/grooming, stand ups, retrospectives, showcases etc.
- Support teams using the Scrum framework to deliver high quality business outcomes
- Identify, track and work to resolve impediments, risks and issues that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver sprint deliverables
- Contribute to high level and detailed planning of project milestones, outputs and tasks
- Support the Project Manager with project status updates to governance committees
