IMMEDIATE - SAP HCM Test Manager - AUD 980 + super (per day) - Government Project
Role title   :   HCM Test Manager
Pay Rate   :   $980 per day plus super
Contract   :   12 months (high likelihood of extensions)
Location   :   Paramatta and Redfern NSW (flexible with 2-3 days in office per week)

MUST HAVE : HCM technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)

Primary Skills :

- Delivery of testing outcomes in accordance with the program’s test methodologies and frameworks across the test planning, test execution and closure stages, including defect and triage management in alignment with the program’s Test Strategy.
- Oversee the establishment and continuous improvement of the HMC Program Test Automation Framework
- Oversee creation and execution of automated test scripts, ensuring they are integrated into the Release Management pipeline.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in test automation for the HCM Program.
- Prepare the release-specific Test Plans in accordance with the program Test Strategy.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience working as a test manager or equivalent role working in large transformation programs such as: ERP, CRM, HCM or Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing a testing team within a large-scale, complex testing program across all phases of functional testing (ST, SIT, E2E, UAT, PVT), non-functional testing and automated testing.
- SMEs to deliver high impact and high-quality testing outcomes and engagement with business stakeholders.
Depth of experience in managing testing with SaaS products (ideally SAP SuccessFactors), as well as bespoke solutions (ideally SAP Business Technology Platform), technical integrations and non-functional testing.
