IMMEDIATE - Power BI Specialist - AUD 800  (per day) - Baseline (MUST) - Federal Project

Location                   :   Canberra
Initial contract        :   4 months (extension to 12 months)
Working                   :   Onsite at least 3 days a week in Canberra office + WFH ( Hybrid)
Security clearance : Baseline (MUST)
 
Overview
Power BI Data Engineer to join Federal Project

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data visualisation techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL for data transformation, query optimisation, and data modelling.
- Experience working with Azure Databricks for data processing and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating and automating data workflows.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business users, analysts, and developers, to improve BI solutions and data infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
