Business Development Specialist/Client Relationship Manager (BD Focus)

Are you a business development professional with strong consultative sales skills and expertise in human capital consulting and/or career management services or coaching?  Do you thrive within a team-based consultative sales environment and are talented at quickly developing trusted and confidential relationships?
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, business forums, and professional development briefings.
  • Deliver on business development activities including responding to tenders, presenting to clients, developing proposals to meet client needs.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience: At least 10 years in consultative sales within professional services, ideally in a People and Capability related area, or Human Capital Consulting environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business revenue targets.
  • Skills: Exceptional business development, relationship management, and communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attitude: A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and customer-focused approach able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
