The Role

As a Client Service Broker, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior brokers while servicing and growing a portfolio of clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with quick turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and key stakeholders.
  • Assisting in account and debtor management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and cost efficiencies.
  • Gathering and analysing client information to provide valuable insights for brokers.
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends by attending training sessions, industry events, and seminars.
  • Operating with integrity, professionalism, and ethical best practices in all activities.
About You

To excel in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in a similar role within insurance or financial services (preferred).
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills to provide a positive client experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • A Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking or a willingness to complete it.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism.
