The Role: Account Director

Working closely with the NSW State Manager, you will:
  • Manage a Corporate Book: Oversee and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients by delivering tailored risk management solutions and building long-term relationships.
  • Drive New Business: Proactively convert new business opportunities, expanding the client base and contributing to overall growth.
  • Negotiate & Innovate: Leverage your technical expertise and industry relationships to design and secure optimal insurance solutions in the competitive market.
  • Enhance Operational Excellence: Ensure precise documentation, timely renewals, and adherence to industry best practices while mentoring and guiding junior team members as required.
About You
  • Experience: Extensive background in insurance broking, with a proven track record managing corporate accounts and driving new business growth.
  • Strategic & Commercial: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a complex, competitive environment.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: A confident communicator and team player, ready to work closely with senior management and contribute to a culture of shared success.
